Location
The hotel is located in the town's "Zona Esmeralda", with restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. It is around 10 minutes into the centre and 45 minutes to the port of Veracruz. The "El Lencero" hotel is around 15 minutes away.

Renovated in 2006, this air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 119 luxury rooms spread over 3 floors. The hotel has a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and a cloakroom. Further facilities include a garden, a terrace, room and laundry service, high speed WLAN, a kids' club and parking facilities. In addition, there is a business centre and function rooms for 60 - 550 persons. Catering is provided by the cafe-restaurant "La Fiesta", in which the breakfast buffet is served. Guests can of course also choose from an a la carte menu. National and international drinks are served in the lobby bar, which has a view onto the garden and a TV and large screen.
